Terms of use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the site provides
WalkGlow provides free planning tools and general guides for people organising charity glow walks. There is no account and no charge.
General information, not professional advice
The guides, checklists and tools are general information. They are not legal, safety, medical, tax or insurance advice, and they are not written for your particular route or country. You are responsible for your own event, including its risk assessment, permissions, insurance, first aid cover and compliance with local law on events and fundraising.
Estimates
Figures from the planner and calculator are estimates based on the simple rules shown on the page. They are not a promise of what an event will raise or a statement of what it requires.
Donations
WalkGlow is not a charity and does not collect, hold or transfer donations. Any reference to tax reliefs, such as Gift Aid in the United Kingdom, is a general description; ask the charity concerned what applies.
Roadmap features
Features described as "on the roadmap" or "planned" do not exist yet and may change or never be released.
Content and brand
The text, design, logo and name are owned by the operator of this site. You may use the guides to plan your event and quote short passages with a link. You may not republish whole pages or use the name or logo as your own.
No affiliation
WalkGlow is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any charity, event series or fundraising platform. Any names mentioned belong to their owners.
Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss or injury arising from an event you organise or from reliance on anything published here.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@walkglow.com.
